3. Is there a store in my area?

We are a retailer of the products we selled; therefore we do not have information about other retail store locations. You can contact the company directly to obtain this information.

Shipping and Returns

1. Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time we are not able to ship internationally, we are currently researching this possibility, but mainly to USA,UK, Canada, Australia Marketing. Please check back in the future for this option.

2.Do dropshipping,does not it?

Yes. Dropshipping is welcome here, but make sure that you should give us the right shipping information.

3. How long does it take door to door in shipping order?

One week usually. Shipping usually takes about a week to ten days but customers usually receive their order in about a week.If your order exceeds this time, then please contact us and we will chase things up for you.Here we arrange order package and ship it out within 12hours in our working days( Monday to Friday-4:30 am to 6 pm (GMT +08:00) ). And in other time, we have our service online someday for business busy.

4.How can I be certain that my order has been received?

Most orders can be tracked by going to USPS.com.Once you make orders here,you will get an email noticing Order confirmation with tracking number together.And tracking numbers could be trackable online in 36 hours later.Please contact us via email if you need further tracking assistance. Upon completion of your order, Uggheres.com will send you an order confirmation e-mail specifying the products and quantities ordered, Total price, and shipping address to your designated email address. Please note that this can only occur if the email address you submitted upon registration is still active.

5. Do you charge for shipping and sales tax?

Except a few countries and regions (United States, United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Cambodia, New Zealand), the others get changed.

6. Howlong will it take to process my return?

We process all returns in the order they are received, and we do process them as quickly as possible.The pocessing time of returns and charges may take up to 15 days.

7. If I want to return my purchase,can I return it to you?

Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. But returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

2. Is there a chance I may receive customs charges?

3.What can I do if my items are faulty? Can I change my online order?

Yes, but occasionally the stock levels might reduce due to demand. If an item is still displayed for you to pay for any reason, then we will contact you as quickly as possible and we consult together.
